Q: What is your Return Policy?
A: We stand behind all of our products! If you have a question regarding a
prop or effect, we will do our best to answer your question (without tipping
the secret of course.) Bear in mind that you are buying the secret. Part of
the intrinsic value of an item is its working secret. For this reason we recommend
you be careful when selected an item for purchase. If the item you order is
found defective in materials or workmanship, then we will replace it immediately
upon return. We never charge you for back ordered items, they are charged
only when they are shipped. (top)
Q: Why are the slips in the Technicolor Prediction
board so tight?
A: When new, the prediction slips are a tight fit since they will loosen with
use. Use your thumbnail along the creases to "work them in." This should help.
You will find that after a *lot* of use the slips become too loose and will
need replacing. (top)
Q: A rubber band on my Technicolor Prediction
has broken, what can I do?
A: Go to our shop and order
another one! They are free. (top)
Q: What is the difference between the standard
and upgrade sets of McAbee Rings?
A: It's a little like the difference between cups and ball sets. Cheap or
expensive doesn't affect the effect. I prefer the upgrade set because the
design makes the handing a tad easier, and I like the look and feel of nickel
silver, as opposed to chromed base metal. Both sets work great.
If there is no budget problem I would take the upgrade set in a heartbeat.
Reason is since you possibly will not do the effect frequently the upgrade
set is a little more forgiving in handling. If there is a financial issue
then take the standard set and practice a little harder before each performance.
The chrome will not chip off with normal use. In the picture you see the Upgrade
on the left and the Standard on the right. (top)

The upgrade rings are made by master craftsman James P. Riser just for Magikraft
Studios. The bracelets are solid nickel silver and have no plating to wear
nor chip off of the surface, they are fine jewelry and even finer magic.

Q: Is there anything I can do to "tune up" my Cardiographic
before performing it?
A: Yes. You can download
my "Tuning Cardiographic" data. It is a .pdf file and requires the
free Adobe
Acrobat Reader to view and print . (top)
Q: Where do I get replacement parts for Cardiographic?
A: Cardiographic is made for us by Hocus Pocus Magic. They may be able to
supply extra parts. Contact them by email
or phone 800-407-4040. (top)
Q: Can I upgrade my Cardiographic to the new
improved version?
A: Alternative. The Improved version has two different cards, one on each
side of the rising piece, and comes with two different give away sheets. I
would suggest getting a refill for the improved version, cutting out the rising
card (the second card is Two of Hearts) and glue it on the back of your flap.

Q: I cannot find papers for Undivided, where
can I get them?
A: The effect will work with pretty much any cigarette papers, you just have
to be careful not to allow any moisture to get on the restoration packet or
it will stick together. I have, in a pinch, used Rizla papers. I carefully
pry open the container, remove all the papers, trim the glue band off each
one with a rule and exacto knife, interleave the papers again, replace them
in the container and reglue it. Or get them from
our shop. (top)
Q: Where do I get replacement Envelopes for
Technicolor Prediction.
A: They can be found in some Drug Stores or
from our shop. (top)
Q: Some of the red cards in the Ghost Deal are
duplicated should it be like that?
A: No, our supplier made a mistake with one batch, send me an email telling
me which cards are duplicated and I will mail you the correct replacements.
