This act only played for ten minutes, yet used the full stage with a special set consisting of an elaborate facade of an Egyptian temple. Flaming torches burned in urns each side of the center doorway, and stage-wide steps led up to the temple, Some of the illusions were performed on this raised section, Two men and two women were used as assistants and the act was performed in subdued blue lighting which added emphasis to the various effects which used fire.

Slow curtain. There is a crash of cymbals and a puff of flame and smoke centerstage. Ramesis is seen standing there as the smoke clears.

He steps into a curtained cabinet. Another flash of fire and he vanishes, to appear at the back of the theatre where he strides down the aisle shooting balls of fire from his fingers.
